I want to start by sharing my favourite breakfast shake: It’s really simple and just contains oats, chia seeds, a banana and your favourite non-dairy milk.
Oats are a great choice for breakfast since they will give you loads of energy throughout the day because of their complex carbs, and they have a decent amount of protein in them too! The chia seeds are not only healthy, but they give the shake a really nice consistency.
